Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in online bidding, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. The role involves identifying business opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, and leveraging SEO techniques to enhance the company’s online presence and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Bidding:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
- Prepare and submit winning proposals that meet client requirements and are aligned with the company’s capabilities.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals with potential clients.
- Maintain and update records of all bidding activities and outcomes.
Business Development:
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
SEO & Digital Marketing:
- Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and track performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
- Monitor and report on SEO metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content creation.
Client Communication:
- Handle client inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
